A New York City Police horse ran after an alleged thief in a medium-speed chase through the streets of Manhattan on Saturday.
A body-camera video shared by the NYPD shows a mounted officer approaching the suspect on a sidewalk near Times Square at about 6:45 p.m. The suspect flees on foot, and the mounted officer gives chase. The suspect was arrested by nearby officers on the ground.
According to police, the suspect allegedly robbed and threatened a sunglasses vendor in Times Square.
