More: Electrical Explosion Sends Strobing Lights Into Nearby Business, Happened At Anderson Township Substation Per Reports, Near Cincinnati, OH

Power was restored early Wednesday to more than 2,000 customers near Cincinnati, Ohio, after a fire at a power substation in Anderson Township.
The fire broke out around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the power substation near Markley and Dunn roads. The bright fire lit up the sky with strobing flashes of green and yellow that could be seen for miles around.
A video shared by Instagram user @the_balayage_mermaid shows bright flashes and orange smoke as the fire blazes nearby.
Markley Road was closed temporarily while the Anderson Township Fire Department extinguished the fire. Duke Energy is investigating the cause of the fire.
