A coyote spotted prowling through a neighborhood in Queens was captured by New York City police on Wednesday.
A video shared by the NYPD shows the wild canine strolling along a sidewalk in the Floral Park neighborhood of Queens on Wednesday morning.
Officers “were alerted by residents of this individual wanted for the attempted kidnapping of The Road Runner,” the 105th precinct joked alongside the video on Twitter.
The NYPDs Emergency Services Unit responded to the scene and “safely apprehended” the coyote. Per reports, the coyote was transported to the Sweet Briar Nature Center in Smithtown, on Long Island.
