Amber Alert Issued For Kentucky Girl Whose Father Is Accused Of Killing Mother

Authorities on Sunday issued an Amber Alert for a 5-year-old Kentucky girl after her mother was found dead and her biological father was accused of the murder.
Kentucky State Police on Sunday responded to a residence in Princeton to investigate the murder of Kelly Black, who was shot in the back of the head. Lela Black, 5, who also lives at the residence, was not there.
Lela Black is believed to be with her biological father, Byron Black, and neither has been seen or heard from since Friday, police said.
Byron Black, 42, has an arrest warrant for the murder of Kelly Black. Police believe Byron Black may be traveling with Lela in a 1996 Chevrolet Silverado with the license plate 5J83779 and paint peeling off the hood. Byron Black is described as having brown eyes and hair and standing six feet tall.
Lela is described as having brown hair and eyes, standing 3 feet, six inches tall and weighing 40 pounds.
Police are asking anyone with information to come forward or submit an anonymous tip.
